What You'll Do:

• Greet every guest with a warm smile and friendly phrases like "Irashemasee," "Gladly," and "Arigato"-always and without exception.
• Ensure the dining and to-go areas are neat, clean, and organized according to Kumori standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to guest inquiries and requests.
• Accurately process transactions using the cash register while maintaining control over the drawer.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety in the front-of-house area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are accurate and delivered efficiently.
• Always embody a cheerful, dependable, and team-focused attitude.

• A positive attitude with the ability to create connections with guests through eye contact and friendly conversations.
• Dependability and readiness to engage with guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for several hours at a time.
• Comfortable lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and sweep frequently.
