Job Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Consultant/Advisor, you are the direct contact with the customer & act as the liaison with the technicians.

Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone to Service Customers, building rapport and brand loyalty
Write up repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered by Technician, as well as repairs and services required - obtain authorization from customer and signatures where required
Verify warranty and service contract coverage
Review Vehicle Inspections provided by Technicians
Create estimates and share with customers
Recommend and sell additional services for our valued customers’ vehicles for optimal performance
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

Basic Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Connecticut driver’s license with a clean record
Background check and drug screen required prior to hire
1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment required.
