Job Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Consultant/Advisor, you are the direct contact with the customer & act as the liaison with the technicians.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone to Service Customers, building rapport and brand loyalty
  • Write up repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered by Technician, as well as repairs and services required - obtain authorization from customer and signatures where required
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage
  • Review Vehicle Inspections provided by Technicians
  • Create estimates and share with customers
  • Recommend and sell additional services for our valued customers’ vehicles for optimal performance
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Basic Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Connecticut driver’s license with a clean record
  • Background check and drug screen required prior to hire
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment required.
