What You'll Do:

As an Activities Assistant, you'll play a key role in enriching the lives of our residents through fun, engaging, and meaningful programs. Your responsibilities include:

Assisting in the planning and execution of activities that promote physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Helping organize and oversee community events from start to finish, including setup, coordination, and cleanup.
Preparing and maintaining an engaging calendar of activities that residents look forward to.
Encouraging resident participation and fostering a sense of community.
Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, for scheduled events.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a creative, energetic individual who loves working with seniors and making a difference. Ideal candidates should have:

Strong communication and presentation skills
A positive, encouraging attitude that motivates residents
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
Great organizational and teamwork abilities
A passion for planning engaging activities
