Job Description: The Charlotte Knights, AAA affiliate of the Chicago White Sox, are seeking qualified and motivated applicants for their 2025 Video Production Associates. These are PAID hourly positions which are limited to no more than 39 hours per week, plus a game fee for Charlotte Knights and College games. The position runs from February 18, 2025 through September 30, 2025. Applicants should be able to work well with others. Applicants are required to be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, work nights and weekends, and potentially work in adverse weather situations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work 90% of Charlotte Knights and College Baseball Games.
• This includes, but is not limited to, Technical Director, Replay Operator, Broadcast Camera Operator and Videographer.
• Create Highlight Reels, Social Media Videos, Hype Videos, Crowd Prompts and more.
• Help with other Game and Video Production duties and assets as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with editing, shooting, audio, lighting, writing, storytelling, logging, archiving.
• Familiarity and experience with Adobe Premiere and the entire Adobe Suite including After Effects and Photoshop.
• Experience in broadcast and game production a plus
• Motion Graphics experience a plus
• Willingness to work long hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
