Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled UiPath Salesforce Developer to join our team and collaborate on the development, enhancement, and optimization of UiPath systems. This position supports the Department of Economic Security (DES) DTS - OSM, A to Z UiPath Projects , working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful automation solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Work with internal UiPath product management teams, vendors, and development staff to enhance UiPath systems.
• Develop, customize, and deploy UiPath automation solutions aligned with business needs.
• Monitor bot stability, manage platform upgrades, and implement minor functionality changes.
• Mentor FTE staff and develop best practices for RPA development and deployment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily scrum meetings, planning, and retrospectives.
• Review source code and provide input to developers during deliverable creation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality outputs.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Certification: UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD).
• Minimum of 8+ years of programming experience , with at least 3 years in UiPath/RPA development .
• Expertise in UiPath Studio RPA Development with REFramework, .Net (C#, VB.Net), HTML, JavaScript, and advanced automation tools (OCR, IDP, AI/ML).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot RPA solutions.
• Proficiency in creating technical specifications and design artifacts.
• Experience in performing code analysis and managing multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps , Git , and CI/CD pipelines .
• Experience using APIs/Services (REST SOAP), MS Office, Google Suite, OnBase Unity Client, and Mainframe CICS in UiPath automations.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC/ITIL processes.
• Commitment to mentoring and educating team members on RPA best practices.

• Level-1 Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• 7-year HireRight background check required.
