Job Description

US Citizenship & security clearance are legally required for this position. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented UiPath Process Analyst to join our automation team. As a UiPath Process Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to design efficient UiPath solutions. Your work will help streamline operations and improve efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document current business processes to identify automation opportunities using UiPath. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements for automation projects. Develop detailed process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and business requirements. Work closely with UiPath developers to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical solutions. Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for potential automation projects. Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of UiPath automation solutions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented automation solutions to ensure they meet business objectives. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on UiPath processes. Stay current with the latest UiPath features, tools, and best practices to continuously improve process automation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Process Analyst, with a focus on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and UiPath. UiPath certification. Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques. Knowledge of UiPath platform components and RPA best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in creating process documentation and business requirements US Citizenship & security clearance are legally required for this position.
