Technical Admin with CRM Experience (Remote, Eastern Time Zone)

Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and CRM experience? Join our dynamic team as a Technical Admin and play a key role in supporting our data and program operations. This fully remote position operates within the Eastern Time Zone (ET) and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a team passionate about excellence and efficiency.

What You'll Do:
- Assist the Data Administrator and Program Coordinator with running reports and managing data from various broker sites and the CBP ACE portal.
- Prepare and file protests with CBP through the ACE system.
- Author, edit, and organize PDFs with precision.
- Upload data to Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
- Download and organize documentation and reports from various portals.
- Perform general administrative tasks and prioritize assignments to meet tight deadlines.

What You Bring to the Role:
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years working in a customs broker environment.
- Education: An associate or bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Word, Outlook, and PDF authoring.
- CRM Expertise: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Adaptability: A strong aptitude for learning new applications and systems.
- Confidentiality: The ability to handle sensitive data with care and discretion.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and situations.
