Brooks Wine is looking to grow their leadership team through the addition of a driven and passionate Tasting Room Manager.
TASTING ROOM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, professional, leads by example and is able to inspire, coach, support and train the team to execute the best hospitality offered in the region. The position sits on the Company’s leadership team and manages the financial budget and KPIs for the hospitality team.

Requirements:
-Experience in managing people in hospitality as well as overseeing wine and food service
-Office management and coordination
-Team scheduling
-Financial reporting
-Formal education in wine (i.e., WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, Society of Wine Educators, etc.) is not required but preferred
-Managing experience in a restaurant where wine is a focus is a huge plus
-Experience with Commerce7 and Tock preferred
Responsibilities:
-Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, evaluating, and scheduling the team for all areas of hospitality
-Managing labor budget and meeting goals accordingly
-Development of sales goals and training to support such efforts
-Scheduling and oversight of the team’s execution of tasting room reservation
-Managing Reservation Systems
-Communicate with guest and members about private event and large groups
-Maximizing revenue through all facets of the tasting room
-Generative strategic programing development in partnership with other Company leaders
-Organize and manage the inventory of all tasting room supplies, sundry items, and wine. Order as needed
-Track wine inventory and submit weekly wine delivery order
-Oversee the execution of all tasting room procedures
-Conduct regular meetings across department with the department team as well as daily pre-shift
-Maintenance and care of all assets including the equipment (i.e., POS, communication systems, computers, etc.) RTV, furniture, and building maintenance related to hospitality areas
-Oversee the set up of the tasting room and grounds for all regular occurring internal events
