Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in administration, exceptional organizational skills, and the flexibility to work extended hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and communications.
• Oversee production schedules and liaise with key stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and contracts with accuracy.
• Handle travel arrangements, events, and personal tasks.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of EA/PA experience, preferably in entertainment.
• Strong knowledge of film production and industry operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills.
