Job description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10 to 12+ Years of relevant experience. Create and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
• You should have At least 4+ years of extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience required
• Must have a Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integration components with expertise around creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, page layouts, reports, custom workflows, flows and approval processes within Salesforce.
• Must have experience working in an IDE Force.com, Visual Studio, Developer Console, debugging and query.
• Must have experience working with integration features such as callouts, future methods, batch and scheduled Apex, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with both Salesforce point-and-click configuration as well as programmatic customization
• Must have SQL query hands on development experience
• Good Knowledge of DevOps in particular Salesforce DX is mandatory
• Must be familiar with concepts of Key Management, Platform Encryption, SSL Handshake, Single Sign-On, MFA
• Strong Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment and solid foundation in software development practices
• Good Experience delivering and supporting highly critical business applications in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Ability to work independently and be self-accountable to deliver a high level of performance
• Strong communication skills that can be effective working in remote situation
• Good Ability to communicate in a manner that conveys credibility and confidence that he/she will deliver on the customer need
• Ability to take action to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner that exceeds normal expectations Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
