Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our growing real estate business. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, a strong ability to prioritize, and a proactive approach to assisting with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will excel in event planning, social media management, and client relationship tasks to ensure our team delivers outstanding service and maintains a stellar reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Coordination
Plan, organize, and execute client and networking events, ensuring every detail is managed effectively.
Coordinate marketing events to promote the business and generate leads.
2. Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
Monitor social media activity, respond to inquiries, and grow online presence.
3. Database Management
Maintain and update the client database with accurate and current information.
Organize and segment contacts for targeted marketing and follow-up efforts.
4. Gift Coordination
Source, prepare, and deliver thoughtful closing gifts for clients.
Manage referral gift programs to express gratitude and encourage ongoing referrals.
5. Marketing Support
Assist in creating marketing materials for listings, events, and promotions.
Ensure all branding and marketing efforts align with the team’s vision and standards.
6. Follow-Up Coordination
Schedule and track follow-ups with clients, leads, and vendors.
Ensure no opportunities or important client relationships are overlooked.
