Job Description

Job We are seeking a dedicated RBT Behavior Technician in Westfield, IN, offering a competitive salary of $15 - $23 per hour. The ideal candidate will work with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting clients in achieving their goals. Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect and record data on client progress
Provide direct support to clients in various settings
Communicate effectively with clients and their families
Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

Current RBT certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with individuals with autism preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours
