We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Engineer II to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality engineering support to our manufacturing operations, ensuring the integrity of our products while driving continuous improvement. You will be a part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering superior quality products to our customers. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the quality system and ensure compliance with IATF standards.
2. Conduct Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) to evaluate the precision and accuracy of our manufacturing equipment and processes.
3. Perform root cause analysis on product defects and non-conformance issues, developing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
4. Lead Process Improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency and quality enhancements.
5. Provide Quality Assurance support throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality standards.
6. Drive continuous improvement efforts across all areas of manufacturing operations, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met, sharing best practices and providing technical guidance as needed.
8. Monitor and report on quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
9. Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
10. Provide training and support to manufacturing staff on quality system procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tier 1 Automotive manufacturing.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
6. Proficient in the use of quality tools and software.
7. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
