Project Manager - Localization at Lionbridge Technologies in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Project Manager Position Summary You will manage and coordinate globalization of marketing digital assets. Responsible for overseeing daily projects and manages work through processes to ensure the business requirement are met. Responsible for leading the projects from planning stage, execution to final delivery, meeting quality and budget goals. You will share and encourage localization best practices and processes, coordinate assets hand off and hand back, drive and manage field engagement. Process and attention to detail are critical. What You Will Do + Daily preparing digital assets as e-books, emails, infographics, ads and video formats for localization working alongside multiple business partners + Actively participating in planning phase, budget allocation, execution including troubleshooting, reporting and final delivery + Manage quality reviews - field engagement, including accurate reviewers list, weekly communication, response and reporting? + Provide assistance with onboarding of new business partner, or process trainings. To Be Successful You Will Have + Must be willing to work in the EST timezone. + Minimum 3 years' project management experience, preferable within the localization industry + Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. + Attention to detail, accuracy and quality + Ability to troubleshoot front-end functionality issues. + Ability to communicate confidently and effectively, both in writing and verbally. + Self-motivated, responsive and dedicated to driving success. + Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
