Job Title: Production Assistant Job Description As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will handle heavy lifting (up to 40lbs) of fabric onto a CNC cutting machine and manage different designs for each job. The role involves lifting rolls onto the table for 4-6 hours a day, with up to 30 rolls per session. Additionally, you will be responsible for pulling buckles, labeling, and ensuring the correct logo is matched with each work order.

- Lift and place up to 30 rolls onto the table for 4-6 hours a day.
- Pull buckles and label them accurately.
- Ensure the correct logo is matched with each work order.
Essential Skills - Experience in production, assembly, and industrial machine operation.
- Skills in pick and pack processes and quality control.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience with industrial machines and quality control processes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Work Environment You will work indoors with a team of 3 other production assistants, 1 lead, and 1 supervisor. The environment is collaborative and focused on maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SANTA BARBARA, California.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00
