This is a 6 month Contract to hire position. Must come onsite 3 days a week in Roseland, NJ or Alpharetta, GA. over 6 years of experience with infrastructure Top Skills: •Experience working with Infrastructure teams •Strong Agile Experience •Can translate technical to business value Work with Scrum teams, under ServiceNow and end user experience •Someone who has worked with an immature team and developed mature behaviors Job Description: Work with our business stakeholders and IT Teams to identify opportunities for value delivery on behalf of the following capabilities: - Infrastructure projects - Scrum practices - End user journey This Product Owner will be working with the corporate IT team, which includes everything from an infrastructure perspective outside of Cloud engineering - Windows, Servers, backup and recovery, networking, UC team and there is a lot of legacy IT. They need a PO that has an infrastructure background. What You'll Do: •Act as the voice of the customer to guide all stages of software development, including user story development, sprint planning, and prioritization of the product backlog. •Understand business and end-user needs; identify and prioritize features to be delivered to meet those needs. •Work with business and technical stakeholders to develop and document user stories. •Participate in sprint planning to determine the team's objectives for the upcoming sprint. •Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, backlog refinements, and team retrospectives; ensure the team has a clear understanding of priorities and next steps. •Lead the sprint review meeting to present the output from the sprint to key stakeholders. •Analyze feedback from sprint reviews, and other data such as end user feedback and operational metrics, to identify and understand product needs. •Work with the development team to create acceptance criteria and definitions of done. •Assist the team on the development of feature tests, test cases, and regression tests. •Set expectations with business stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities. •Demonstrated facilitation and influencing skills to drive decision making among stakeholders with diverse perspectives and priorities. •Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
