Role: Product Analyst

Location: San Jose, CA

Experience: 6-8 Years

We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams. This role involves expanding Customer Zero use cases, documenting customer feedback, preparing executive-level communications, and supporting internal stakeholder engagements.

• Strategic Support: Partner with the Customer Zero Product Manager to achieve tactical objectives and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Customer Insights: Document and track feature requests and feedback, sharing insights with product, sales, and engineering teams.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare executive-ready presentations, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Meeting Facilitation: Lead key internal customer meetings, including those with senior leaders.
• Internal Consulting: Act as a consultant for Document Cloud & Customer Zero initiatives, sharing best practices across teams.
• Use Case Documentation: Capture and share use cases with sales and stakeholders.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer tickets using ServiceNow and coordinate with supporting teams.
• Project Tracking: Monitor team projects and maintain up-to-date system records.

• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in MS Office , particularly PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Quick learner with the ability to demo and explain technology solutions effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a global environment and remote settings.
• Knowledge of Acrobat , Acrobat Sign , APIs , AI tools , and Power Automate is a plus.

• Strong ability to build relationships and assist with user outreach.
• Adept at summarizing complex issues and driving resolutions.
• Familiarity with technology demos and user training.
