Job Description

ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Kenosha is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its compassionate care team at a brand new, state-of-the-art facility. The COTA will provide rehabilitative services to patients with physical impairments under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.

Essential Functions:

• Assist in determining patient treatment goals and document progress.
• Deliver culturally sensitive care and maintain safety standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration for patient needs.

Requirements:

• Current state licensure as a COTA and BLS certification.
• One year of direct patient care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

This PRN position requires physical stamina and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
