Your work will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents, patent opinions, patent portfolio strategy, due diligence, and client counseling, with the potential opportunity for PTAB work as well. This firm has an impressive roster of high-tech clients. Here, your client assignment and responsibility will be commensurate with your abilities.
This firm has clients within variety of industries and has a strong flow of work relating to a range of technologies and industries. Here, you will need to have a strong technical background, as the emphasis is on efficiently providing quality work relating to complex patents and important patent families. Prior research and/or product development experience is not required, but is typically valued as a plus.
Requirements: - Strong preference for an M.S or Ph.D. in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical, or possibly materials engineering.
- Attorneys and Agents must have a USPTO license and solid academic credentials
- Attorneys must have a State Bar
- A least 2 years of full time patent drafting and prosecution experience within a respected law firm
