Parking Enforcement Patroller

11:30am - 10pm Monday - Thursday

$21/hour plus monthly bonus

Job Summary

The Parking Patroller position is responsible for monitoring parking facilities, issuing citations at private designated locations along an assigned route. The patroller position reports to the Area Manager.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily parking garages and lots audits by driving between designated locations
  • Issue citations to violators by using company issued handheld device.
  • Proficient in driving and willing to use own personal vehicle.
  • Comfortable using electronic devices such as a phone and tablet.
  • Communicate clear and concise instructions with both team members and customers.
  • Accurately complete and submit any paperwork and documentation.
  • Be professional, diplomatic and have the ability to diffuse situations with customers or violators.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have weekends availability.
  • Have a valid Driver’s License and insurance.
  • Must have dependable transportation.
  • Have an acceptable driving record.
  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to stand up as well as walking for long periods of time on feet.
  • Computer and technology knowledge.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be courteous and friendly with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and clients.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Previous parking experience preferred, but not required.
  • Drug free workplace.
  • Clerical experience a plus and may lead to additional hours doing data entry/office work
