Description

Summer and school-year internships are available for both undergraduate and graduate students in any field of study. We seek students who have a strong commitment to public interest issues, are willing to engage others, can think strategically, and have strong research and writing skills. Internships are unpaid.

What does a Frontier Group intern do?
  • Interns will serve as research assistants on one or more Frontier Group reports or interactive web projects.
  • In addition to contributing to Frontier Group reports, interns are also expected to contribute original articles for publication on the Frontier Group website.
  • Specific research strategies used during the internship will depend on the group's current project list and the intern's skills, but may include analysis of public datasets, GIS analysis, literature reviews, online research and/or interviews.
