Hair Stylist (Full-time/Part-time) Position Summary:

As a Hair Stylist at Hair Reflection, you will be an integral part of our team, delivering exceptional hair services and contributing to the ongoing success of our salon. We are seeking a skilled, personable, and customer-focused individual who is passionate about hair styling, eager to expand their knowledge, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Our team of talented professionals is dedicated to staying current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to meet the diverse needs of our growing clientele.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and texturizing treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and desired outcomes, and make professional recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of current hair trends and techniques through ongoing education and training.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer experiences and support overall salon operations.
• Promote and sell hair care products and services, meeting sales goals and contributing to salon revenue.

Qualifications:

• Certified Hair Stylist with a valid license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional hair salon setting.
• Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including colouring, blonding, highlighting, balyage, cutting, and styling.
• Experience with perming, extensions, and smoothing treatments is an asset.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
