Position Details:
- Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (with one additional shift)
File Clerk Responsibilities:
- Sort mortgage documents by loan number
- Organize and file documents in a large warehouse-style file room
- Copy, scan, and pull files as requested for client shipments
- Audit files for accuracy
- Enter data and label boxes
- Use a ladder daily for file retrieval
- Lift up to 35 lbs.
- Work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Be comfortable working with numeric systems for filing
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some warehouse clerk, fast food, or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team setting
