Job Description

Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Manhattan, NY (In-office)

Salary: $90k – $120k

High end Luxury goods Corporation seeks an Executive Assistant to join their Team

Responsibilities:

  • Exhibits professionalism required to represent Executive office.
  • Ensures accuracy of information.
  • Delivers a high volume of work with a keen attention to detail.
  • Multi-tasks and prioritizes appropriately and effectively.
  • Calendar Management
  • Organizing agendas (coordinating agendas with Security, Facilities and IT) of guests and VIP’s
  • Making travel arrangements with company’s program
  • Completing expense reports for Executives and international VIP guests – including car service, flights, and hotels.
  • Collecting and analyzing information and preparing reports and presentations
  • Maintaining databases, files and records
  • Arranging and making any necessary appointments, reservations, etc.
  • Supporting general administrative tasks such as phone calls, office supplies, note taking, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ Years relevant experience, preferably in financial sector
  • Superior Microsoft Suite,Outlook, and Excel experience
  • Superior business writing skills
