Pay commensurate with experience, sign on bonus offered. A full benefit package is available after 90 of employment to include health and dental at low group rates. In addition, a life insurance policy equal to one times your salary is paid for by the company. The option to purchase a policy up to five times your salary and add coverage to your dependents is also available. A 401k is available after one year of employment, with the company matching up to 4% of your contribution. Vacation is offered at two weeks per year, up to year five, when you are eligible for three weeks going forward.
