Status: Full-time, Onsite
Location: Warehouse – Morrow, GA
United Gaming is constantly pursuing innovative strategies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our service response. We are driven by a customer-centric mentality. As dispatcher, we require that you maintain the service technicians’ daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. We also expect you to schedule return trips with customers when circumstances dictate. As well as, maintain United Gaming’s customer database with current information.
Being successful in this position you must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers apprised as to changing schedules and requested lead-times. A professional and multitasker, you will very often be the “face” of United Gaming with our customers. As an ideal candidate, you would be very detail-oriented, and able to track multiple technicians at any given time.
