Working in collaboration with the tenured team of hospital administrators including the Director of Quality, an experienced Chief Nursing Officer and talented Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Risk and Compliance will be overseeing the close knit Care Team. This team at the hospital is involved in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring timely reporting, and plays a critical part in maintaining and improving quality patient experiences.
Typical responsibilities for the Director of Risk Management and Compliance will include mandated reporting to CMS, participation with the HIM, coordination and participation with safety promotion, working in collaboration on Community Health improvement projects, managing claims against the facility, managing and analyzing risk management data, assisting with management of patient complaints and coordination and participation with the PFAC.
An individual with an active Montana RN, and/or extensive healthcare risk and compliance background with quality patient care experience will surely make for a quick interview.
