Location: Lanham, MarylandJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $100,000 - 125,000 per yearWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our client's team!As a Senior Product Manager, you will oversee the selection, launch, and implementation of new products on a quarterly basis, ensuring seamless integration throughout the company. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong coordination across departments, and the ability to leverage data and insights to meet user needs and drive product profitability.Responsibilities:Lead the alignment of business and technical objectives by developing compelling business cases for new products.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful product launches.Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market conditions, competitive landscapes, technological advancements, and industry trends.Conduct market research and user experience studies to deliver market-driven product solutions that align with business strategies.Develop comprehensive product roadmaps to meet both business goals and customer needs.Define product strategy, articulate customer requirements, and outline business outcomes for short-, mid-, and long-term success.Oversee product launches, including development, marketing, sales enablement, and operational readiness.Develop and execute detailed product launch plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and performance metrics (KPIs).Serve as the internal product expert, providing training and support to sales, operations, and installation teams.Manage Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) to ensure sustained profitability throughout the product's lifecycle.Create impactful product presentations and sales tools.Partner with marketing to develop engaging product messaging, including brochures, product sheets, and digital content.Monitor product performance and take corrective action to update pricing and refresh positioning as needed.Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, operations, and IT teams to ensure smooth product launches and lifecycle management.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Communications, or a related field.10+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in operations oversight.Strong knowledge of operational policies and procedures, with experience in operational strategy, project management, and change management.Expertise in vendor management, negotiations, and contract administration.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive operational improvements.Experience with SAP ERP is preferred.
