Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager will lead our long-term digital marketing strategies for Three Notch'd Brewing Company and Uncool Beverage Company. This position's goal is to use their in-depth digital marketing experience to maintain a strong web presence, grow awareness and drive sales for the brand. This position requires a grasp of our current marketing tools and strategies and to be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution to achieve business objectives. As a part of the marketing team this individual will work closely with different teams across the Company to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate, create and develop Three Notch'd Brewing and Uncool Beverage Company's digital marketing strategy with other stakeholders to be determined.
• Cross-functional collaboration with retail locations, sales, marketing, production teams across the company to refine and execute digital marketing strategies.
• Development of the content calendar and deliverables for the Three Notch'd brand, all Three Notch'd retail locations and the Uncool Beverage Company.
• Campaign creation, execution & optimization across:
o Key and emerging social media networks
o Google/SEO/SEM
o Key listings, including Google My Business, Yelp, visitor bureaus, etc.
o Email/SMS marketing
o Influencers
• Website management, content updates and tasking website revamp work as needed.
• Directly oversee and manage a team to handle all digital sales platforms including but not limited to:
o Fresh Beer Club
• Customer Service
• Growth
• Streamline efficiency
• Fulfillment
o The 151 club
• Selling it out
• Fulfillment
o Uncool Beverage Company Direct-To-Consumer sales
• Manage Website and 3rd Party
• Fulfillment
• Promotion
o Online merch, sales and distribution swag fulfillment and procurement as needed.
• Manage internal or external resources, including agencies or freelancers, as needed to deliver against strategic projects.
• Provide internal and external customer service functions across all digital platforms as needed.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals, specifically focused on ROI and KPIs.
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the data.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will directly manage the Marketing Coordinator. And will be required to manage design requests or website updates to freelancers as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital technologies or related field.
• 5-6 years managing social media platforms (FB, IG, YouTube and more recently, TikTok), specifically focused on strategy, advertising, targeting, content calendar coordination and occasional content creation.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Well organized with exceptional communication skills.
• Flexible and solution oriented.
• Creative photography, videography, and copywriting abilities.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Knowledge of digital marketing technologies and platforms to enhance efforts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management experience.
• Creative thinker with ability for disciplined quantitative analysis and reporting
• Photoshop and InDesign proficiency preferred. Illustrator experience is a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. This position may also be seated for long periods of time. The position also requires the ability to lift up to 15 pounds, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a step ladder as necessary.
