A leading global law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Finance Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join their esteemed Corporate Advisory (Finance) Practice Area in Dallas. Responsibilities:

• Advise a diverse client base, including privately owned companies, publicly traded corporations, private equity firms, and financial institutions, on structuring and negotiating financing transactions.
• Support clients in securing financing vehicles such as secured and unsecured credit lines, high-yield notes, asset-based loans, and tax-exempt bonds.
• Collaborate with our nationally recognised deal lawyers and tax practice to deliver comprehensive transactional legal services, including M&A, project financing, private equity buyouts, and recapitalisations.
• Represent borrowers and lenders in structuring a wide range of financing instruments, including specialty financings and asset-based lending.
• Provide strategic counsel on market conditions, lender relationships, and best practices in financing documentation to help clients achieve optimal financing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Have 3–4 years of corporate and transactional experience in the Finance & Banking sector.
• Demonstrate exceptional writing, analytical, and academic skills.
• Be admitted to practice in their jurisdiction.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to client service, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
