About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead its business growth strategy and enhance its position in the marketing and advertising industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving annual revenue growth of 20% or more, developing strategic client relationships, and packaging the company's capabilities into sellable offerings. This role involves overseeing growth functions, creating a client prospect pipeline, and working closely with the CEO to craft a powerful agency narrative. The CGO will also be tasked with driving competitive RFP responses, packaging existing service offerings, and supporting account leadership to ensure high net revenue retention and the sourcing of new business opportunities. Applicants for the CGO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of business development leadership experience, preferably within the agency space. Key qualifications include a proven track record in operationalizing growth organizations, driving new client acquisition, and achieving significant growth targets. The role requires expertise in marketing, analytics, digital strategies, and CRM tools, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders. Industry knowledge, particularly in the Pharma and Food & Beverage sectors, and experience working with a visionary leader are also essential. The ideal candidate will be a highly strategic, growth-focused individual with an excellent network of prospects and the ability to develop meaningful business relationships.
