We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a vital point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will handle a variety of inquiries ranging from product support to account assistance, all while providing an exceptional customer experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
• Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs or escalate concerns as necessary
• Follow up with customers on outstanding issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Salary

$850 - $1100 per week
