What is a brand ambassador?

A Brand Ambassador is the tip of the sword for company's product and image through training provided by the sales and marketing teams. A Brand Ambassador develops the tools necessary to help grow a market. Brand Ambassador's job is to travel to assigned retail locations to share company's message with both the retail staff and directly with the customer. The Brand Ambassador will provide excellent customer service, generate sales, promote the culture, values and mission of HOTBOX, to put happiness in a box and get that happiness in the hands of customers.

As a HOTBOX Brand Ambassador, your number one job is to share your love for our product and do whatever it takes to create an amazing educational experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Live, talk, wear, love and sell HOTBOX
  • Conduct in store product demonstrations at select locations
  • Work with sales and marketing to help implement unique strategies to market, promote and sell our products and services
  • Generate a buzz about products and services, engage with customers, answer customer inquiries, conduct product demonstrations, product knowledge seminars and complete sales
  • Go above and beyond to provide unmatched customer service to customers at each location when visiting stores
  • Complete basic job responsibilities such as setup, take down occasional raffles and promotional activities
  • Know your accounts, build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with them
  • Be a role model for our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion and accountability
  • Project a professional and positive image of the brand and our company at all times

Job Requirements:

  • Must be outgoing, attentive and comfortable engaging in conversations with customers and clients
  • Must have confidence and ability to connect with a diverse spectrum of clients and customers
  • Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (evenings/weekends)
  • Must be punctual and detail oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to learn, retain and covey information about company product and services
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Active and familiar with social media, its analytics and metrics tracking preferred (influencer is a plus)
  • Able to convert product details into viable content marketing strategies
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Physical requirements: standing, walking, squatting etc
  • Previous experience in sales, brand ambassador or similar role
