Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician in North San Diego to provide in-home and center-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to implement behavior intervention plans and promote skill development. Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Collect data on client progress and behavior
Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
Attend team meetings and training sessions
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in behavior analysis or related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
