Job Description

Self Regional Healthcare is seeking to hire a BE/BC Anesthesiologist to join a team that is currently composed of 9 anesthesiologists and 25+ CRNA’s. Compensation is composed of a base salary guarantee and group productivity bonus that is shared by the full-time physicians participating in call responsibilities plus a benefit package. This job opportunity has a minimum compensation and benefit package (CME, licenses, society dues, and quality bonuses) of $600,000 annually for 2 years after any new physician is added, plus a group bonus pool based on the overall OR case productivity.

A few highlights of Anesthesiology department:

• Service 4 locations to include SRHC, SCOTL, AAMC and Clemson Eye in Clinton, SC
• Team model of medical direction and MD anesthesia (70/30 mix)
• Well balanced case mix will include healthy pediatrics and emphasis on a wide variety regional anesthesia techniques
• No cardiac anesthesia.

Self Medical Group is the large medical practice division of Self Regional Healthcare that employs 60 primary care physicians and 53 specialists in addition to 44 hospital-based physicians.
