Job Description

Ambassador (Temporary, Part Time) Key Accountabilities

Represent the company in a positive way by greeting customers in a warm and timely manner
First line of interaction with customers and ensures customers are attended to after initial greeting
Assist Client Advisors in ensuring customers are comfortable and at any point of time attended to by any of the Client Advisors on the floor
Address customers queries by directing them to any of the Client Advisors promptly

Qualifications

Shift work required including weekends and public holidays.
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to multi task at work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Uniforms and training will be provided
Students are welcome to apply
