Job Description
We are initiating a search for an Administrative Assistant for a contract to hire employment opportunity. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be supporting two departments with a variety of clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service
• Efficiently scheduling appointments and managing multiple calendars
• Assisting with the creation and management of agendas
• Carrying out standard clerical and administrative functions to support the team
• Typing letters and emails, ensuring clear communication within the team and with clients
• Utilizing Microsoft Outlook for effective email and calendar management
• Performing basic functions in Excel, such as copying and pasting data
• Taking accurate minutes during meetings and distributing them to relevant team members
• Balancing inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a smooth workflow
• Maintaining a positive and detail oriented demeanor, working collaboratively with the team.
