Position Overview

We re looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team and help us support adolescents with Autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities. If you have a background in psychology sociology or a related field and want to impact an underserved population this is an ideal role.

As a BT you ll:

• Implement behavioral intervention plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Work primarily in clients homes and community settings with occasional clinic work.
• Collect data on client progress assist with parent training and support clinical assessments.

What You ll Need

• Education : High school diploma required.
• Language : Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Certification : RBT certification is a plus but not required.
• Skills : Effective time management openness to feedback and a willingness to grow.
• Licensing & Transportation : Valid CA driver s license reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
• Travel : Ability and willingness to travel within the community for sessions.
• Background : Willingness to complete a background check.

What We Offer

• Pay : $20.00 $23.00/hour based on experience and qualifications.
• Mileage Reimbursement : $0.62 per mile for travel.
