ABA Behavior Technician job at Community Autism Services San Fernando, CA, US

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated ABA Behavior Technician to join our team in San Fernando, CA. This role involves working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders to implement behavior intervention plans and support their growth. Responsibilities:

Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Collect and record data on client progress
Provide support to clients in various settings, including home and community
Communicate effectively with families and team members
Participate in training and professional development

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in ABA or related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
