Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in auditing, while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of audit procedures.
• Conduct research on audit-related issues and stay updated on current auditing standards.
• Organize and maintain audit documentation and records.
• Support the audit team in various administrative tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of assignments.

Learning Objectives:

• Develop a thorough understanding of audit processes and compliance requirements.
• Gain practical experience in applying auditing standards and procedures.
• Enhance analytical and problem-solving skills in a professional setting.
• Improve proficiency in audit software and related tools.
• Build effective communication and teamwork skills within a professional environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to lift and carry office supplies and equipment up to 20 pounds.
• Manual dexterity required for operating office equipment (e.g., computers, printers).

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of auditing principles and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior internship or relevant experience is a plus, but not required.
